We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate team leader to help steer our independent bakery alongside the General Manager!
You will be a multitasker with a keen eye for detail; involved in recruitment, admin and support of the GM's day to day running as well as being an approachable shift leader and friendly face to our customers.
We work closely with our sister company 5 Acre Farm, with fresh, seasonal and regeneratively farmed produce available year round - only 6 miles away from our bakery. A passion for sustainable farming and celebrating seasonality is key to what makes us tick - so an interest in this would be a huge bonus.
