Based on North Street, Bristol, Mark’s Bread is an award-winning bakery and café, specialising in simple, good-value produce. Integrity is important to us and we like to make sure it applies to all that we do. We use the best local ingredients including Shipton Mill organic flour. We enjoy long-standing relationships with our suppliers. We work to reduce our impact on the environment, delivering bread to 26 local restaurants by bicycle. Customers can see bakers at work through the café window, and founder Mark Newman shares his knowledge and bread-making skills at monthly baking courses.
