Mark’s Bread is an award-winning bakery on North Street in Southville, selling artisan bread, cakes & pastries alongside amazing lunches and homemade groceries.

The kitchen serves lunches to eat in or takeaway Monday to Saturday. The Kitchen also makes some of the savoury pastries and home-made groceries on sale in the shop.

You will create a weekly changing breakfast and lunch service for our busy artisan bakery.

This role will take the lead on building the success of our exciting corporate and catering offerings.

Confidence, initiative and passion for working with seasonal fresh ingredients is a must. We are lucky enough to work closely with our farm 5 Acre Farm in Blackwell, so if this excites you get in touch!

Ideal Candidate:

– Experienced chef de partie looking for next step up.

– Confident in management of kitchen health and safety & daily operations.

– Have the ability to create seasonal recipes using fresh ingredients from our farm.

– Produce a new and exciting weekly changing lunch special / salads / grilled cheese.

There is room for progression within the business, with salary dependant on experience.

Day time shifts, Monday-Saturday.

35 – 40 hours a week.
