New Vacancy - Cook/ Sous chef

Due to staff relocation we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative cook to join our small, hardworking kitchen team. The position is 30 hrs per week (minimum). Our expectations are;

  • To prepare and serve high quality food in keeping with the Mark's Bread ethos.
  • Previous experience of working as a cook/chef in a cafe or restaurant is essential.
  • Must have a keen interest in producing high quality, creative food.
  • Must be an excellent team player.
  • Must deliver excellent customer service (the role is partially customer facing).
