Due to staff relocation we are looking for an experienced, creative chef with leadership qualities for our established cafe next to the bakery.
- create breakfast and lunch menus using seasonal ingredients and in keeping with Mark's Bread ethos; as well as producing all our in-house standards
- to effectively manage staff and all operations in the kitchen
- to work effectively with front-of-house, and bakery staff through timely and clear communication
- to input to business development
You will work an average of 38 hours per week with some weekend and occasional evening shifts.
