New Vacancy - Cook/ Sous chef

Due to staff relocation we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative cook to join our small, hardworking kitchen team. The position is 30 hrs per week (minimum). Our expectations are;

  • To prepare and serve high quality food in keeping with the Mark's Bread ethos.
  • Previous experience of working as a cook/chef in a cafe or restaurant is essential.
  • Must have a keen interest in producing high quality, creative food.
  • Must be an excellent team player.
  • Must deliver excellent customer service (the role is partially customer facing).

New Vacancy - Front of House Barista/ Server

We are looking for someone bright and jolly to join our F.O.H team - to serve customers and produce food and drink to the highest standard.  The position is 25 hrs per week (minimum) over 4 days - with the expectation that hours will flex up to cover staff holidays/sickness. 

Our expectations are;

  • To offer the best customer service to clients at all times.
  • To maintain the highest levels of food safety and hygiene.
  • Barista experience is essential.
  • To be flexible in your working availability.
  • To be enthusiastic about the Mark's Bread brand and ethos.
  • To enjoy working closely as part of a small team, but able to maintain high cafe standards in your own right.
