Starting salary 23K + any hourly over-time pay.
Due to continued growth and our manager of 7 years moving back to Cornwall soon, we are looking for an experienced FoH/HR manager to start on September 1st or earlier if possible. Along with the owners this role will be responsible for ensuring good communication, coherence and continued business development.
The role will manage day-to-day FoH running of the cafe and bakery areas; ensuring excellent customer service; developing an attractive environment with the owners, setting rotas and with team managers ensuring that HACCP tasks are carried out properly.
The role, along with team managers and the owners will be responsible for time tabling and carrying out staff reviews, training and development and recruitment. We aim for a happy staff team!
