Our celebration cakes are all handmade and decorated to order by our talented cake maker. We use only the finest ingredients in our cakes, including organic flour from Shipton Mill, Belgian chocolate, natural unrefined cane sugar and free range eggs. We use only natural colours from fresh fruits and vegetables - all fruit used in decoration are dehydrated on the premises. We are still able to make tray bakes and larger versions of our regular cakes, just talk to us about what you have in mind and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. The majority of these cakes can be made in 3 different sizes and can serve between 8 - 28 people, depending on which you choose.

We require 4 working day's notice on our Celebration cake orders. For shorter notice please call the cafe to check availability. 

All cakes are made in an environment that contains nuts and flour.

"It's always beer o'clock in Bristol"

This cake doesn't need much of an introduction...chocolate and stout together are a match made in heaven! We use Bristol Beer Factory's award winning Milk Stout to make our sponge rich, dark and chocolaty. Topped with vanilla cream cheese icing. Have it for breakfast, we won't judge!!

Perfect for a warm summer day. A thick layer of buttery sponge, baked with homemade pear jam and topped with a thick and creamy layer of yogurt (set with gelatin). "24 carrot gold"

Our best selling cake, with an updated look. Two layers of super moist carrot & walnut sponge sandwiched together and then covered in delicious cream cheese icing. Generously decorated with walnut brittle and dehydrated oranges. Absolute gold!

"The naughty one"

This beauty is an unadulterated treat, for the eyes and beyond! A chocolate & salted caramel cake - rich chocolate sponge with layers of salted caramel and milk chocolate truffle. Sealed with more milk chocolate truffle, then topped with dark chocolate ganache, salted caramel and flakes of Maldon sea salt. Decorated with sea salt brittle. So naughty...but so good!

"Scandinavian spice"

Gluten free? You're in fr a treat! Super light hazelnut & almond sponge, warmly spiced with ground cardamom. Layered and topped with dark chocolate mousse made with Belgian 55% chocolate, cream cheese & butter. Decorated with tempered chocolate and hazelnut brittle. Not too sweet - just a real treat!

"Eat me, I'm vegan!"

This cake is both vegan and gluten free...not to mention beautiful! The vanilla flavoured almond & poppy seed sponge is layered with homemade raspberry jam, creamed coconut milk and topped with coconut icing. Decorated with delicate coconut chips, raspberry dust and beetroot dyed, dehydrated apple slices. You may find yourself eating the decorations before anyone has touched the cake!
